“I am a female creator, motorcycle rider and enthusiast. My work promotes female empowerment and female voice, and this most commonly manifests itself within the world of motorcycling. I love riding and have been doing so since I was 19 years old. Its something that has made me feel strong and brave, which is something I have always found challenging as a female. I have found that within the motorcycle community often women’s voices are not listened to or not heard. We are misrepresented and I aim to address that. Remember You’re a Rider
“Claire Jones is a motorcycle mindset coach specialising in supporting new, returning and nervous riders to feel safer and more confident on the road. Her work focuses on the often-overlooked side of riding: what’s happening inside your head and body, not just what you’re doing on the bike. She is the author of Remember You’re a Rider, a mindset guide that has quickly gained recognition within the riding community. The book reached #1 in its Amazon category for 3 days on release and continues to rank highly and receive consistent 5-star reviews, with riders describing it as “as important as your safety gear” and “a must-read for every motorcyclist.”
Through structured, off-bike sessions, Claire works with a wide range of riders, including those learning to ride, returning after a long break, preparing for tests, or struggling with specific challenges such as motorways, slow control or confidence after an incident. Some of her clients have been riding for a long time but never quite got to the point of feeling confident on the bike.
Her approach includes belief and perspective shifting and, where appropriate, targeted hypnotherapy to help settle the nervous system and change the patterns that keep riders stuck.
She is not an instructor, but can work alongside training providers to help riders access the skills they already have when it matters most. Instructors also regularly signpost riders to her book as a valuable complement to training, and will refer their students if they need more in depth support.

Her clients and readers regularly go on to pass their tests, ride more comfortably in previously challenging situations, and enjoy riding in a way they didn’t think was possible before.

Rebel Curves was founded by Shakeela, alongside Claire, within the UK biking community to bring more identity, comfort, and confidence into women’s motorcycling style. The brand focuses on relaxed, wearable pieces that reflect real riders in real life, whether riding, travelling, or at events.

Linda-Jean Women’s Motorcycle Fashion
Linda-Jean Belvedere has been riding motorcycles for over 20 years. She knows exactly what it feels like to choose between looking like yourself and staying protected, because for most of her riding life, she had to make that choice too.
After more than 15 years working in the automotive and motorcycle industry, she decided to stop waiting for someone else to solve the problem. She created Linda-Jean Women’s Motorcycle Fashion for every woman who has ever pulled on a jacket that was never made with her in mind.
Her jackets are CE-certified and cut for a woman’s body. They adjust to her shape, adapt to her day, and look nothing like the typical biker jacket, because life does not stop when she gets off the bike. Women’s International Motorcycle Association is for all women interested in motorcycling.
The purpose of the association is to support and promote women through motorcycling. It is run by volunteer members through an elected Committee.
WIMA GB (Great Britain) is a National Division of WIMA International (wimaworld.com).Membership of WIMA for individuals is through the National Divisions.

BMF (British Motorcyclists Federation)
“The British Motorcyclists Federation (BMF) exists to safeguard the rights of all British motorcyclists.
The BMF is a long established and effective lobbying group. It protects UK motorcyclists from interference by European, National, Local Government and anti-motorcycling campaign groups. The BMF is a member of many government advisory groups and also works in Europe on behalf of British motorcyclists. The BMF is also a fantastic community, made up of individual members and motorcycle clubs, it provides support, advice and organises excellent events throughout the UK.
Campaigning for riders’ rights
The BMF is one of the largest rider groups in the world and has existed since the 1960s. We are a non-profit organisation run by elected volunteers, providing motorcyclists with a voice through specialist lobbyists and a network of volunteers across the UK. The BMF successfully campaigns on issues that directly affect the liberty, safety and security of motorcyclists. The BMF educates and informs, and through its successful lobbying has defeated such ill-conceived ideas as leg-protectors and the 100bhp limit restriction. The BMF is active in Europe through FEMA (Federation of European Motorcyclists’ Association) and the FIM (Federation of International Motorcyclists). We lobby MPs, MEP’s, ministers, commissioners and committees to ensure that your views and concerns are heard.

SHARP
The Safety Helmet Assessment and Rating Programme (SHARP) is a consumer information initiative launched by the Department for Transport (DfT) in 2007 after research indicated differences in the safety performance of motorcycle helmets available in the UK. The scheme’s primary objective is to help reduce the number of motorcyclists killed or seriously injured.
SHARP drives innovation in helmet safety by independently testing and making an assessment of how much protection a helmet may offer during an impact beyond what regulations demand. Its star rating system, shared primarily via its website, enables motorcyclists to compare helmet safety performance. Since its creation, SHARP has published star ratings for over 600 helmet models.
Alongside ratings, SHARP offers best practice guidance on choosing a correctly fitting motorcycle helmet and ensuring proper helmet fit. Regardless of its safety rating, a helmet can only provide optimal protection if it fits properly, so correct fit is recommended as a primary consideration when purchasing a new helmet.
The testing and promotion of the SHARP scheme is provided by TRL Limited (formerly the Transport Research Laboratory) under contract to the DfT.

We’re a UK charity made up of volunteers, with critical care doctors, paramedics and riders working together to reduce motorcycle collisions through education, engagement and life-saving roadside care.
With 10 regions across the UK, we deliver initiatives like Biker Down, NextGen, Crash Cards and attend events to help riders build skills, confidence and awareness. This talk is a great chance to learn more about what we do, meet some of our volunteers, and find out how you can get involved.

Meet Anna Mi, Founder of The Biker Chick , another wonderful exhibitor at our show this weekend!
Anna has been riding motorbikes for as long as she can remember. Over the years, she noticed that there was always something missing, products, gifts and casual clothing designed specifically with female riders in mind.
Six years ago, that passion inspired her to create The Biker Chick, a small independent business dedicated to women who love motorcycles.
At this event, Anna will be launching her brand-new casual clothing collection, featuring T-shirts and hoodies with designs created especially for female bikers. She’s particularly excited to hear what fellow riders think and welcomes ideas and suggestions as she continues to develop the collection.
